Refund requests must be made within 7 days after receipt of your goods.

We accept refund requests for goods sold on our Site for any of the following reasons:

  • Good is broken.

  • Good is defective.

Refunds do not apply to the following goods:

  • Sale Items;

  • Clearance Items;

  • Product has been opened from packaging;

  • Product has been used;

  • Any items marked as non-returnable on the product page;

  • Items which have been removed from their original packaging, assembled or modified;

  • Temperature-controlled products;

  • Re-usable feminine products;

  • Infant Formula; and

  • Nutritional Drinks.

International Shipping

We currently do not ship internationally.

Sale Items

All sale items are final sale and won’t be eligible for returns.

How to Return
Returns can be made by mail. To return a good by mail, follow the following procedure:
Pack your goods and head down to your nearest post office and pay the necessary postage. You can ship your products to our warehouse located at:
